Are you looking for a semi-permanent home for your business with all the amenities of a full office?

With our coworking memberships, we offer several levels to choose from to meet your working style and space needs. With each membership, you will have allotted access to our facility, including shared office space, meeting rooms, *media production* and *equipment. ( * Media Production Equipment is access on a request basis only)

Business Plan $25/Month

  • Extended facility access-  M-F 8:30am-8:30pm

  • Access to open work bar, computer station, Wi-Fi, and conference phone

  • Shared office- 8 hrs per week (reserved) / Meeting space- 5 hrs per week (reserved)

  • Consultations & networking

  • Business services- Copy/Fax/Scan/Print (copies limited to 50 per month)

  • Business mailing address

Studio Plan $50/Month

  • 10 hrs per week usage of voice or capture studio (reserved)- If additional time is requested and space is available, extra hrs may be approved by EDC Director

  • Editing suite access when available (unlimited)

  • Shared office or meeting space- 5 hours per week (reserved)

  • High speed internet and conference phone access

  • Business mailing address

Office Tenant $300/Month

  • Private, furnished office with high speed internet and a dedicated phone line  *Requires 12 month lease

  • Extended facility access- M-F 8:30am-8:30pm

  • Meeting space- 5 hrs per week usage of meeting or conference rooms (reserved)

  • Consultations & Networking

  • Business Services- Copy/Fax/Scan/Print (75 copies per month)

  • Business mailing address
